I've spent this last year stripped down.

 

For years I built my work on tools. Good ones. Human Design, the Body Code, the Emotion Code, the Truth Code, breathwork, coaching frameworks,  Beachbody Coach and FASTer Way Coach certifications, doTERRA, Tastefully Simple, LifeVantage, Hugh & Grace — real trainings, real integrity behind every one of them. But underneath it, I was always reaching for something outside myself instead of trusting what I already knew.

 

Last August my intuition said: hang it all up. Not because the tools were wrong. Because I was using them as a crutch instead of a language and 

MY MEDICINE.

 

So I did. I let it get quiet. I let my nervous system catch up. And in that quiet, God kept telling me the same thing, over and over: it's you, Kelly. You're the one who can hold a safe space and just — know. My home.

 

I'm not hiding behind a modality anymore. I'm not leading with a certification. I show up, I tap in, and whatever wants to come through — Human Design, the Akashic records, my own knowing, all of it, none of it — comes through. Because that's what's actually needed for you, right there in that moment.
